ACTIVITIES
Attention Juniors: Registration for the PSAT will end TODAY. The PSAT test will be on Wednesday, October 19th. The link to register can be found on our DGS website under student support services.
Do you like acting, debate, and public speaking? Do you want to gain valuable life skills that can translate to any career? Then join the speech team! The first official practice is Tuesday, October 11th @ 3:30 in the little theater. This meeting is for both returning varsity members and students who are interested in joining for the first time! COLLEGE AND CAREER
Attention Seniors: During your Senior Focus presentation you were informed that your transcript and/or supporting documents will be sent electronically as permitted by the college thru Naviance. Some college applications have a November 15th deadline, which is fast approaching. Make sure your supporting documents are in Naviance before October 14th if you need to meet the November 15th college deadline.
On Tuesday October 11th a representative from Millikin University, Valparaiso University & Chamberlain College of Nursing will be here.
On Wednesday October 12th a representative from University of Chicago, University of Colorado-Boulder and St. Norbert College will be here.
On Thursday October 13th a representative from Western Illinois University, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Quincy University will be here.
On Friday October 14th a representative from Butler University, United States Army & University College Dublin in Ireland will be here.
Remember, if you are interested in attending any of these presentations, you need to sign up on the Naviance program.
