ACTIVITIES

October is Energy Awareness month.  Did you know that enough sunlight reaches the earth’s surface each minute to satisfy the world’s energy demands for an entire year?  We need to start harvesting more of this instead of digging up ancient fossil energy and dumping the carbon waste into the atmosphere.  Anyway, Earth Action Club is meeting today, Tuesday, after school in C260.  Join us – we’ll be working on our Energy Awareness campaign.  We need your energy, creativity, and artistic skills!  See Ms. Quain with questions.

Are you looking for an additional opportunity to perform? Are you super creative and have a great imagination? Do you have a competitive drive? If you think you might, go visit Mr. Blum in the library any day this week for more information on the "new" Group Interp.  Auditions will be held next week on Wednesday Oct. 12th at 4:30pm in C164. Do you have conflicts or can’t make the audition- Again, go visit Mr. Blum in the library he holds all the answers!

Do you want to learn how to dance hip hop? If you love performing or want to learn the fundamentals, then OnKore is the club for you. Please join OnKore for an informational meeting in the Cafetorium on Wednesday, October 5th at 3:30 PM. See you then!

Attention Spanish Club:  Please join us for our next meeting on Wednesday, October 5th in D277 at 3:30. All are welcome.  You do not need to be currently taking Spanish to join.  We hope to see you then.
