Transcript Request for Scholarships or other Organizations:
The organization or company offering the scholarship will provide direction on how to submit a transcript.
Student-athletes will need to register on-line with The NCAA Initial Eligibility Center or the NAIA student portal, PlayNAIA. In the NCAA or NAIA portal request an official transcript.
