Class of 2027
- October 2022 - Partner schools recommend 8th gr. students for AVID Application Process
- November 6th - Email sent to parents/guardians of perspective AVID students with AVID application
- December 8th - AVID applications must be complete
- January 8-12 - During this week, students that have completed the AVID application will be interviewed by DGS AVID site team and AVID students.
- January 22nd - During this week, AVID applicants will receive a letter letting them know if they have been accepted into the DGS AVID program.
- January 28th - Students accepted into the AVID program will have the opportunity to select AVID as an elective when they meet with their counselor to select their courses.
