Dear District 99 Parents:
Next week, we will issue a final survey to all students. The purpose of the survey is to gather information that will help us better meet the educational, social and emotional needs of our students. We will also be issuing a final parent/guardian survey next week and hope that you will respond.
Participation in the surveys is entirely voluntary. Results from the survey will be reported publicly in a group summary format only.
If you prefer to exclude your student from participating in this survey, please email us at communications@csd99.org by the end of the day next Monday, April 26. There is no penalty for you or your student for not participating in the survey.
