Good afternoon students and families,
A dedicated crew of staff members have been working to get your textbooks and materials ready for pick up. The boxes for the freshmen students will be ready by the end of the day today and we have begun loading the boxes for the rest of the students.
We have learned from our drive through drop off events at the end of last school year that if we provide a section of the alphabet a time block, most will arrive during the first ten minutes of that block of time. To try to avoid that and to give all students an opportunity at different time slots, we are going to have students/families sign up for a time slot.
When you arrive on campus, please enter the bus lot (largest lot on the south side of the building) on the east end and park in the lot. The student (or one family member) should get out of the vehicle, wearing a mask, and line up on the sidewalk in front of the building (practicing social distancing). All others should remain in the car. You will provide your name and someone will retrieve your box of materials. You will also receive your school ID, or get one made if we don’t have one for you. Once you have the box of materials, you can return to the car and depart out of the lot on the southwest end of the lot.
The sign up schedule has been established so that students can pick up their materials without missing class time (they can use free periods such as 8th period release). Where indicated, the sessions are reserved for freshmen since their boxes are already complete.
By clicking on this link, you will be able to sign up for one of the time slots listed below. Choose one time slot, scroll to the bottom, and hit submit. Once a time slot is full, you will have to choose a different one. Only sign up for one time slot. There are enough time slots for everyone. Siblings should sign up for one slot only and use that for all family members. You may come at any time during the time range that you have chosen.
