Michael Pacer

Mike Pacer is the Student Success Coordinator at DGN. He primarily works with students struggling academically due to health, mental health, or executive functioning concerns.  He also coordinates different academic supports throughout the school day and after school.  Mr. Pacer has been at DGN since 2005 in various capacities.  Before joining CSSS in 2021, he was a teacher in the Special Services department and co-teacher in Social Studies, Math, and English.  He was also a football coach at DGN for many years.  His breadth of experience at DGN has proven that the best thing about North is the kids.
